| 1. Are there any additional fees associated with shipping a wine or champagne etc. type of basket? |
| Baskets shipped to the state of New Jersey will be accessed the cost of that states sales tax as may be applicable. This cost will be added after order placement. Wine and champagne etc. baskets shipped to New Hampshire will be assessed an 8% alcohol tax in accordance with state law. This charge will be added after order placement as may be required. Should other states require a similar type of tax, those charges shall be accessed as may be required. |

| 2. Are there any special delivery expectations associated with a wine or champagne etc. type of basket? |
| The individual ordering a wine or champagne etc. basket must be 21 years of age and provide certification of such during the order process. The purchaser ordering the basket accepts all responsibility for this purchase. Services associated with ordering and delivering the basket are done at the sole request of the individual ordering the basket. All wine and champagne, etc. baskets will require a signature at time of delivery. The individual receiving the package must be at least 21 years of age and the person signing for the package must be at least 21 years of age. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that a delivery can be received and signed for by an adult that is 21 years of age or older. For ultimate convenience the package may be delivered to a home, office or hospital type of setting as desired. |

| 3. Are you able to ship wine baskets to all 50 states? |
| Wine and champagne baskets, etc. are able to be shipped to most states. At the present time, wine shipments to the following states are not possible based on state law:
Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Utah. It is possible to order a wine basket and request that sparkling juice be substituted. Please note such a request during the ordering process.
Shipments are not available to Puerto Rico or Canada either. |

| 4. What type of shipping options are available? |
Bouquets, roses, plant and floral arrangement shipping is available on a daily basis and may be customized in accordance with the available options displayed during the ordering process.
Wine and Champagne, etc. Baskets are shipped by way of Federal Express and require the signature of an adult at delivery.
Gourmet, Baby, Spa and Fruit Baskets…, are generally shipped by way of ground shipping and in most cases will arrive in 3 - 5 days.
Ham, Turkey and Brisket is shipped frozen by second day air.
Currently, shipments to Puerto Rico and Hawaii are not available. International shipping is not available.
Fees for shipping are accessed utilizing the above noted shipping methods. Overnight shipping may be requested and where possible will be attempted, but such generally results in a significantly increased cost that cannot be adequately assessed until the order has been placed and processed through the shipping company. If an overnight shipment or 2nd day shipment is required, please note such in the ordering process. Additional shipping fees associated with such will be accessed following order placement. Baskets Beautiful cannot guarantee that an overnight shipment request will be available or possible. |
